Course Purchase
When you purchase a Course, you will have to provide us with your name, address, and credit card information. This information will be provided to our Registrar on our behalf.

Tutoring Services
In order to purchase our tutoring services, you will have to provide us with your name, your child’s name, address, and credit card information. You will communicate this information to use via email or by phone, not through our Website.

Online Contact Forms
If you use our online Contact Form to contact us, you would provide your name and email address.

Computer Information Collected
When you use our Website, RSA automatically collects certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. RSA also collects the following:

Our Website uses “Cookies” to identify the areas of our Website that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We want to protect your Child’s privacy. Our Website primarily offers Content oriented to a Child. We do not knowing collect Personally Identifiable Information from a Child without permission. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your Child is using our Website without your knowledge, please contact us. We may ask for proof of identification before we remove any information to prevent malicious removal of account information. As a reminder, email is not considered a secure communication method as email can easily be intercepted during transmission. Eligibility and Registration for Membership
You may view some of our Content without becoming a Member. However, to purchase a Course or tutoring services, you must register and become a Member. Your membership is not transferable or assignable and is void where prohibited. By registering, you certify that you are at least age 18 years of age or older (i.e. not a Child). If you are a Child, you certify that you have your parent’s permission to join become a Member.   

Registration by any Member in contravention of the above limitations is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of our Legal Terms. You agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of our Legal Terms. RSA has sole right and discretion to determine whether to accept a Member, and may reject a Member’s registration, with or without explanation.

When you enroll with our Registrar to purchase a Course, you will create a password that will allow you to access to the Course you purchased. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all liability and damages resulting from your failure to maintain that confidentiality and all activities that occur through the use of your password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security regarding your account or information. You agree that RSA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with password security as discussed herein.

Course and Tutoring Services Disclaimer
RSA makes no warranty or guarantees or promise any specific results with regards to your use of any Course. RSA offers personal tutoring services in limited geographic areas as listed on our Website. Our tutoring services our offered without the need for contract on an hourly basis. RSA makes no warranty or guarantees or promise any specific results with regards to your use of our tutoring services.

Fees
Our Website is free to use, but there may be fees to use it in the future. Likewise, the purchase of a Course will require you to make a payment. Finally, there are fees for using our tutoring services. When you make a payment through our Website, through our Registrar, or otherwise pay us for tutoring services, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to pay the fees posted, including any applicable taxes;
You agree to provide true and complete credit information;
You agree that fee will be honored by your bank or credit card company; 
You agree that if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonored payment; and
You agree that RSA has a zero-tolerance policy regarding payment charge-backs and we ask that you contact us if you have an issue regarding any payment you make. However, if you start a charge-back process with your bank or credit card company, RSA reserves the right to immediately terminate your account with us. Your account and the payment information you provided will be blacklisted in our and our Registrar’s systems. Should we do this, you will never again be able to use our Website and you will be liable for any administrative costs we incur in processing the charge-back.   

Use of Information and Member Content
We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all of your account information and usage information regarding our Website in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated by you to us (collectively, “Submission”) is considered our property. To the extent that such Submission contains copyrighted, either owned by you or licensed to you, you grant RSA a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such Submission as we see fit, in any form whether on our Website or elsewhere. We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas (including without limitation, product, or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our Website or other operations. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RSA and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and Website providers, and affiliates, from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of our Legal Terms or your use of our Website. 

Termination of Your Account
You acknowledge that if you violate the terms of our Legal Terms, RSA reserves the right to terminate your account without notice. You may also voluntarily terminate your account. You understand that if your account is terminated, you will lose access to our Website.

Arbitration  
Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to our Legal Terms and/or our Website, excluding legal action taken by us to collect or recover damages for, or obtain any injunction relating to, Website operations or intellectual property infringement, shall be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kansas City, Missouri, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. We may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect the rights or property of you and us pending the completion of arbitration. Each party shall bear one-half of the arbitration fees and costs, but the prevailing party may seek return of their fees and costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the State of Missouri in the United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
